Mr. Social is a fast-growing digital marketing product offering innovative social media services. I led the creation of a unified brand identity system that established a strong visual presence across digital and physical touchpoints, including a website revamp, social media design, in-store merchandising, and campaign branding.

The brand guideline defines the visual and verbal elements that represent the brand’s corporate identity, including the logo, name, typography, colour palette, photography style, and other key assets.

I also did the in-store stand, where rechargeable social media cards where put within it. The rechargeable cards cover likes, comments and boosting for social media.

"Working with Mr. Social taught me how to bridge digital and physical branding through creative yet functional design systems. The in-store element added a tactile, product-focused layer to the brand experience, while digital consistency helped build brand equity online. This project strengthened my skills in brand development, campaign implementation, and product-driven design thinking."

Mr. Social was an idea that needed to be transformed into a digital product / solution for the users of social media.

Challenges

Mr. Social was rapidly scaling as an idea but didn't yet have a cohesive brand identity that reflected its professionalism and modern approach to digital marketing.
 
The product needed a flexible yet recognisable visual system to be applied across digital platforms, promotional campaigns, and retail experiences, especially with the introduction of their unique rechargeable social media cards.

Research & Insights

A competitor audit revealed that many digital products leaned into generic tech imagery or overly minimal design.
 
Mr. Social needed to differentiate with a sharper, bolder look that reflected agility, creativity, and a service-first mindset.

Brand Solution

The Logo: The Mr. Social logo features a cool, tech-savvy character wearing sunglasses, representing a confident, modern brand that’s all about standing out online. The illustrated style adds a playful, relatable touch, making the brand approachable and human.

The colours: The brand uses a funky pop colour palette, including a vibrant orange-red and electric blue. These colours were chosen to: Stand out in digital spaces; Feel bold and energetic;  and appeal to younger, social-first audiences

Developed the logo versions, 
primary and secondary colour palettes, and typography.
 
Created dynamic social media post templates.
 
Delivered branded assets for 2+ targeted campaigns and for the website.
 
Designed a branded in-store stand for rechargeable social media cards and card packaging that covered features such as likes, comments, and boosting.

Results & Impact

The new brand identity system functioned as a scalable product solution, designed to solve core business needs for users who are looking to promote themselves in an affordable way online.

Created reusable templates that reduced content creation time and increased marketing agility

 

Developed a physical retail product (rechargeable social media cards) with clear UX design, packaging, and messaging improving customer interaction and product visibility.
